Purchase Terms & Conditions

Payment Options:

✔ Payment can be made via bank transfer to our account or in cash at our office in Prague.
✔ The payment must be made in the currency stated on the invoice to avoid conversion issues.
✔ All bank transfer fees are covered by the buyer. We must receive the exact amount stated in the invoice.

VAT & Taxes:

✔ For individual purchases within the EU, we apply the VAT rate of the destination country.
✔ If the purchase is made in the name of a company or salon and a valid VAT number is not provided, we apply the Czech VAT of 21%.
✔ If the company has a valid VAT number (e.g., CZ25753606), we issue the invoice without VAT.
✔ For orders outside the EU, we issue invoices without VAT, but customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping & Delivery:

✔ The device will be shipped only after the payment is received in our account.
✔ Free shipping to Germany, Austria, and the UK for orders over €500 (excluding VAT).
✔ Shipping to other countries is calculated individually based on the size and weight of the device.
✔ Deliveries are made by FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
✔ Delivery time to most European countries (Germany, Austria, UK, Romania, France, etc.) is 3–4 days from the moment the courier collects the package.
✔ Delivery to the USA takes 4–7 days, depending on customs clearance.
✔ We are not responsible for shipping delays and do not track parcels—tracking and customs clearance should be monitored by the buyer.
✔ If a package is returned to us for any reason, we do not refund the shipping cost.

Return Policy:

✔ Buyers have 14 days to return the equipment (please check our website for return conditions).
✔ The buyer covers all shipping costs related to the return.
✔ The initial shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Training & Certification:

✔ After receiving the device, you can request free online training via video call.
✔ To schedule training, please contact the sales manager or request a call via our website.
✔ After training, we issue a certificate confirming your knowledge of the device settings and maintenance.

Power Supply & Equipment Preparation:

✔ Our devices are made for the European power standard (220V). Please ensure you have a compatible adapter if required.
✔ Before purchasing, please confirm you have all necessary materials for operation. Some devices come with essential consumables, but please check with your manager in advance.
