Returned goods

The case of non-receipt of goods due to its delay at the customs of the recipient country.

The Buyer is obliged to contact the sales manager and explain the situation.
Your claim will be under supervision of the foreign trade department of Alvi Prague.
We study carefully the reason of not receiving of the device by the Buyer.
According to the rules of selling and shipping, the Seller does nor bear responsibility for providing by the Buyer incorrect shipping data, to wit, name of a receiver, receipient address, postal code, email etc.

Refunding is made after returning the product back to the Seller and  covering all fees of transportation.
The sum that will be refunded to the Buyer will withhold transport or custom fees made by the Seller under recieving the returned goods.

Conditions for the return of cosmetic equipment and funds

The consumer has the right to exchange a good quality non-food product for a similar product from the seller from whom it was purchased, if the product did not suit the consumer in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or other reasons that cannot be used for its intended purpose.

The consumer has the right to request an exchange of quality goods within 14 days (excluding the day of purchase) or a longer period, if this has been announced in advance by the seller.

The consumer has the right to exchange a quality product for a similar one, if the purchased product has not been used, it has fully retained its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels and payment document issued to the consumer together with the sold product.

Rules for the return (exchange) of cosmetic equipment of proper quality

Exchange or refund for cosmetic equipment of good quality of our production is carried out according to the following rules:

  • Fill out a special form. >> Form.
  • Tell your personal manager about the need to replace or return cosmetic equipment of the correct quality (or contact us in any way suitable for you).
  • Send the cosmetic equipment together with the completed form to our service center (you can find out the address of the service center from your personal manager).
  • Within 48 hours of receiving the cosmetic equipment at the address of our service center, the company's specialists will decide on the return or replacement of the equipment.

Note!

  • The buyer pays for the transport of cosmetic equipment of proper quality to our service center.
  • To return the money, you must have proof of identity and proof of purchase of cosmetic equipment.
  • Refunds are possible within seven days of the return date.
  • Refunds are made in the same way as for cosmetic equipment.

If, during the specified warranty period, serious defects are discovered through the fault of the manufacturer of the goods (seller, contractor), or confirmed if necessary by inspection, the consumer has the right to request from the seller or manufacturer:

  • cancellation of the contract and refund of the amount paid for the goods;
  • exchange of goods for the same goods or similar goods of the seller (manufacturer).

Replacement or return of cosmetic deficient quality of our production equipment is carried out according to the following rules:

  • Inform your personal manager about the need to replace or return cosmetic equipment in poor quality (or contact us in any way suitable for you ).
  • Send the cosmetic device together with the completed form to our service center (you can find out the address of the service center from your personal manager).
  • Within 48 hours of receiving the cosmetic equipment at the address of our service center, the company's specialists will decide on the return or replacement of the equipment.
